I bought the Joie Sansa which pretty much does it all.
It has an electric base which will sway the seats side to side or back and forth or both in like an S motion. The speed is variable, it also has a battery compartment which will make the chair vibrate it also has white noise and nature sounds as well as lullabies. Best of all the seat actually comes off the base and can be used as a rocker. The harness is also a 5 point harness which means you get much longer use out of the seat, my 17 month old twins still like to use their seats so they have been well worth the money.
If there was one item I had to buy again for my twins it would definitely be this! It was so useful in the early days when I could settle one in the chair while feeding the other.
