How can the cereal bar making machine make thin sesame snaps?
As thin sesame snaps are much thinner than the regular sesame bars or sesame brittles. The standard sesame bar making machine can only make regular sesame bars with minumum thickness 8mm. We need to custom the feeding hopper and rollers for the sesame brittle making machine. The custom sesame snaps making machine can make thin sesame snaps with minimum thickness 2mm, also we can make the "groove" shape for the sesame snaps by adding a "groove" roller.

What kind snack bars are suitable for the cereal bar sheeting cutting machine?
The cereal bar sheeting cutting machine is suitable for nuts or seeds mixed snack bars like cereal bar, granola bar, muesli bar, nut bar, seed bar, and so on. These types of bars are not suitable for extrusion method used by our Protein Bar Machine which is only suitable for soft type bars.

Can your cereal bar cutting machine do all the kinds of snack bars including soft bars?
The cereal bar cutting machine can not do all the kinds of snack bars. Soft bars normally are suitable with extrusion method. Soft materials and viscous materials are impossible for the rollers equipped on the cereal bar rolling cutting machine because these materials will stick to the roller surface and get more and more sticky which make it hard for rolling to form a smooth slab, also these materials will stick to cutting blade even if it is coated with teflon. Some soft bars can be made by adding a short cooling tunnel between the rollers and cutter, so we need to check customer's materials and recipes.
What if my products are abnormal shape?
If customer's products are abnormal shapes like round, ball, cylinder, start, etc. Then our continuous Rice Krispie Making Machine will be the right machine for customer. What does the cereal bar making machine consist of?
The cereal bar making machine includes feeding hopper, double rollers, cooling fans, cutting unit, conveyor and control box.
Do you have the cereal bar forming machine and cereal bar cutting machine separately?
Normally the complete cereal bar making machine includes both the cereal bar forming machine section and the cereal bar cutting machine section and cooling conveyor. If customer requires only the cereal bar forming machine or the cereal bar cutting machine, we can customize for customer according to customer's requirements on machine length, height and belt width.
Will it be cheaper if we only need the cereal bar forming machine section or the cereal bar cutting machine section?
It won't be cheaper or even more expensive if customer only take the cereal bar forming machine section or the cereal bar cutting machine section. As each separate section need custom made with separate control system, and we may custom the belt width, machine height, machine structure,
machine materials, etc. Besides, there will be a risk that a separate cereal bar forming machine or cereal bar cutting machine can't match your current machine well. In a word, we strongly suggest customer to take our standard cereal bar making machine, it is the most cost effective choice in a long time consideration.
Do you have a semi automatic cereal bar machinery for lab use?
We do have a semi automatic cereal bar machinery: semi automatic cereal bar rolling machine and semi automatic cereal bar cutting machine. They are used for lab use with very small production and they all require manual operation. Normally we suggest customer to consider our standard P401 model cereal bar making machine, as this cereal bar making machine is more cost effective in future.
Can your cereal bar machinery make peanut candy bar?
The cereal bar machine is originally designed for peanut candy bar. So the cereal bar machine is actually a peanut bar making machine. The P401 model peanut bar machine is enough for making normal peanut bars. As the peanut candy bar is normally made with high temperature syrup (up to 150 Celsius), so the peanut candy bar making machine is equipped with two strong cooling fans to cool down the hot peanut slab fast. The cutting blade width of the peanut bar cutting machine can be adjusted according to customer's bar width. The peanut brittle making machine can adjust the bar length automatically by touch screen and adjust the bar height by adjusting roller height.
Can you cereal bar machinery make sesame snaps?
Yes, the cereal bar machinery can make sesame snaps as well. For making normal sesame bar, our P401 model sesame bar making machine is enough, if customer need to make thin sesame snaps with thickness less than 8mm, customer need a customized thin sesame snap making machine which has stronger rolling system to roll thin sesame slab.
Can one peanut bar making machine do both peanut bar and thin sesame snaps?
If customer need the peanut bar making machine do both normal peanut bar, normal sesame bar and thin sesame snaps, we can make two feeding hoppers on the peanut bar making machine. One hopper for normal peanut bar and sesame bar making, the other for thin sesame snaps making.
Can the two hoppers cereal bar making machine make double layer bar?
Yes, with the two hoppers, the cereal bar making machine can make double layer bar, each layer for one kind mixture.
Can you cereal bar machine make granola bar?
Granola bars are one of the most popular snack bars made by our cereal bar machine. As granola bar normally requires baking, our current granola bar making machine does not have baking oven, the granola bar machine only has the granola bar forming and cutting, customer need to take granola bars to baking oven by hand. If customer requires a fully automatic granola bar production line which includes granola bar press machine, granola bar cutting machine, granola bar separating machine, granola bar baking tunnel oven and granola bar packaging machine. Customer can consider our P403 model fully automatic granola bar production line. Can the cereal bar making machine make puffed rice bar?
The cereal bar making machine is originally designed for puffed rice bar as well. The puffed rice bar can be formed into many shapes, like square bar shape, ball shape, round dis shape, cylinder shape and other abnormal shapes. Our P401 model puffed rice bar machine uses cutting method, so it can only make bar shape puffed rice bar. Other shapes need our rice crispy machine, the rice crispy making machine is our only model machine for rice bites, rice treats, rice squares, rice sticks, rice rollers, rice disc, rice ball and nut clusters. For some rice treats and nut clusters with squares shape, the rice bites making machine can also make it, customer can choose which method he prefers.
How many shapes can we have on your rice treats making machine?
The rice treats machine only has one shape, if customer need extra shapes, we can add extra sets of moulds, the moulds can be customized according to shapes like ball, disc, sticks, etc. Except the disc shape, stick shape and ball shape, the P401 nut clusters making machine is available for square shape rice bites by using rolling cutting process, as rice squares are crispy, so the rice square size can not be too small for our rice squares making machine.
Can the cereal bar making machine make nougat?
The nougat machines on the market are mostly semi automatic nougat machinery which requires the nougat mixing and nougat cutting machine operated by manual. Papa Noughat making machine can achieve full automatic nougat manufacturing, the nougat cutter machine is same to our standard model cereal bar making machine, but the nougat materials preparation and mixing machines will be full automatic manufacturing system. Our machine a nougat can achieve automatic bar separating from each other so that the machine de nougat can do chocolate coating after the bar separating. Customer can choose the peanut nougat making machine only if he does not want chocolate enrobing machine or flow wrapping machine.
Can your cereal bar production line machine makes muesli bar?
Yes, the cereal bar production line machine can make muesli bar. muesli bar share same production process to cereal bar production process. For making muesli bar, the muesli bar making machine is still the major machine in the muesli bar production line, but the muesli bar recipes will be a little different, the muesli bar is more crispy, so we suggest the new guillotine cutter instead of the rolling knives in the muesli bar manufacturing process.
Can the cereal bar manufacturing equipment makes candy bar like mars or snickers?
The cereal bar manufacturing equipment has different models, our normal models can not make candy bar like mars or snickers. The candy bar production line or mars candy bar line is much more complicated as caramel is involved inside the bars which make the mixture quite sticky to handle, a caramel cooker unit is a must in the crunch candy bar line, also the candy bar making machine is different: the candy bar making machine needs two feeding hoppers, one for caramel, one for nougat based mixture. Can the slab bar forming line makes chocolate bar?
There are different kinds of chocolate bars: 1. natural chocolate bar; 2. chocolate coated candy bar; 3. chocolate mixed food bar. Our slab bar forming line can only make the chocolate mixed food bar, the chocolate coated candy bar need the chocolate candy bar machine, the natural chocolate bar need chocolate moulding machine or chocolate bar cutting machine, please send us your bar details to check.
Can you add sprinkling machine for puffed rice or smashed nuts?
Yes, we can add a puffed rice or smashed nuts sprinkling machine between the feeding hopper and rollers.
Can you add chocolate coating machine after the cereal bar forming machine？
Yes, customer can add a chocolate coating machine after our cereal bar forming machine. As our cereal bar forming machine belt width is 450mm, so customer need at least a 600mm belt width chocolate coating machine and cooling tunnel.
But as our standard cereal bar forming machine does not have the function of separating each bars from each other, we suggest customer to consider our P403 model fully automatic cereal bar production line which is equipped with separating system and cooling tunnel. Bars are separated from each other after the cutting process, then fully coated by the chocolate enrober.
Can you add a small chocolate coating machine after the cereal bar forming machine?
If customer insist a small chocolate coating machine, we have commercial small chocolate enrober for customer to choose, but the small chocolate enrober is too small to fit our cereal bar cutting machine, so customer has to take the bars to the small chocolate enrober by hand. Please consider.
Do you have the cereal bar packaging machine too?
Yes, we supply a complete cereal bar production line which also includes the cereal bar packaging machine, the cereal bar wrapping machine can be a separate single flow pack wrapping machine or a fully automatic packaging line. The cereal bar packaging machine is also the suitable machine for muesli bar, granola bar, protein bar and other food bars.
Can you make your cereal bar machine shorter or do you have a small cereal bar machine?
Our P401 model cereal bar machine is currently our smallest model cereal bar machine. We do not have a small cereal bar machine yet, our mini cereal bar machine is still under our development, please keep our website and follow our home page, we will display our mini cereal bar machine immediately after it is manufactured in bulk.
What if my space is not big enough for your cereal bar production line?
If customer has limited space for our cereal bar line, we can add a U turning conveyor after our cereal bar cutting machine or before the chocolate coating machine. If customer still has limited space, please send us your factory layout with dimensions, we can customize a solution accordingly.
Does your nut bar making machine have water cooling system?
Our standard nut bar machine does not has water cooling system, But out higher standard configuration nut bar forming machine has the water cooling system under the belt and inside the rolling drums.
Can you seed bar making machine handle sticky bar with honey?
If customer’s seed bar mixed with honey, we suggest customer to consider our P402 model seed bar machine, this model seed bar making machine has longer rolling and cooling which can handle honey mixed seed bar until it is cool enough.
Can we add cooling tunnel after your cereal bar making machine?
For normal snack bars, our standard cereal bar making machine with cooling fans will be enough, besides we can custom our cereal bar machine by adding more fans. But for some sticky bar with high temperature like honey based nut bar or fruit basted energy bar, we suggest customer to add a cooling tunnel after our cereal bar forming machine and before our cereal bar cutting machine, this way will achieve best cooling results for the snack bars.
