How We Make and Deliver 3 Chucks Automatic Laser Tube Cutting Machine

To be professional and to keep good communication are the key to link with our customers, this is also the way we deal with the 3 chucks automatic laser tube cutting machine for our East Asia customer.

1 Machine Design: Together with customer we specifically discussed on machine weight (11 tons), loading & unloading system (automatic 6m loading and 4m unloading), control system, bevel cutting, tailing, chuck, cylinder and all other details  that our customer may care about. Based on above information, the R&D team made the design confirm with customer.

2 Machine Production: adopt heavy thick plate welded structure, 600℃ annealing, large gantry milling, sandblasting, painting, then began to install rack and pinions, guide-rails, chucks, motors and drivers, electrical parts, lubrication, covers and accordions, cables and pipes, control system, laser generator, cutting head, at the same time, loading and unloading system were installing.

3 Machine Inspection: customer came to our factory to check all the functions and discussed on technical optimizations.
