Buffet... the first thing that will come to everyone's mind is like a feast. Lots of variety to choose from and take as much or less as you want. There are some positive & negative aspects that I personally see. Buffet is "somehow" a waste of food. Our human brain works in a different aspects. Once we see a lot of food, we tend to get "almost" everything from the table. Why? we are excited to taste everything, sub-consciously, we don't think if we can consume all that is on our plate. It might end up, just leaving them, such a waste. On the other hand, we have the liberty of choosing only what we can eat and taste almost everything in decent amount that we will enjoy what we get.
