It's really hard to say, I bought it for my son 6ft 210 and we got the EXL and it fit perfectly. Honestly I would say Lrg, but if someone else wants to use and they are bigger the risk is they'll break it. It is a heck of a great time with the family, you'll hurt laughing. Hope this helps
